Welcome to My Negligee! These terms explain the rules for using our website and buying our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please do not place an order.

Our website, www.MyNegligee.co.uk, is operated by My Negligee, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Your Order & Our Contract
  • How to order: Our website guides you through the ordering process, allowing you to review and correct any errors before you submit.

  • Order Confirmation: After you place your order, we’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve received it. The contract between us is formed only when we send this confirmation email.

  • If we can’t fulfill your order: If we’re unable to provide an item you ordered (for example, due to a pricing error), we’ll let you know by email and will not process your order. If you’ve already paid, we will issue a full refund as soon as possible.

3. Pricing & Payment
  • Pricing: The prices on our website are subject to change, but this won’t affect any orders we have already confirmed. All prices include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment methods: We accept payment via debit or credit card, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. You can also pay by cheque or postal order, but please note that this may delay your order as we need to wait for the funds to clear. We charge your card only after we send the Order Confirmation.

4. Delivery & Services

We will provide the products to you from the date specified in the Order Confirmation. In order to do this, we’ll need certain information from you, like your name and address.

5. Cancelling Your Order

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all undergarments and intimate products sold by My Negligee are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We strongly recommend checking product descriptions, size guides, and images carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email info@MyNegligee.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Condition of Approved Returns

Any approved return must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Refunds Policy

  • We do not offer refunds on lingerie, underwear, or intimate apparel due to hygiene reasons.
  • Refunds are only issued for faulty or incorrect items after inspection and approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights (such as copyrights and trademarks) for the products we sell and the content on our website belong to us. You grant us permission to use any materials you provide to us only for the purpose of fulfilling our contract with you.

  • Call Recording: For training purposes, some telephone calls may be recorded.
