Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all undergarments and intimate products sold by My Negligee are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We strongly recommend checking product descriptions, size guides, and images carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email info@MyNegligee.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Condition of Approved Returns
Any approved return must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Refunds Policy
- We do not offer refunds on lingerie, underwear, or intimate apparel due to hygiene reasons.
- Refunds are only issued for faulty or incorrect items after inspection and approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
